Moroccan mint tea is a very fragrant plant with a mild and pleasant mint flavour and smell. It is hybrid of water mint and spearmint. Moroccan mint is know to have many health benefits and is mostly use to help manage digestive problems and irritable bowel syndromes such as pain, bloating, diarrhea and gas. Peppermint tea helps also attenuate headaches and nausea.
