Returns & Exchanges

Everything you need to know regarding returns and exchanges with Highland Ranch products. Some products are medicinal and for body care, therefor special conditions apply.

What-is-parcel-delivery

Highland Ranch accepts returns of non-perishable goods within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are no returns of soap bars, balms, tinctures, oils and capsules, unless it’s a manufacturing defect.

Highland Ranch may sell perishable goods in season and are guaranteed to be fresh upon arrival. Please inspect your order and products upon arrival as there are no refunds on perishable goods.

If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch us by email within 48h from delivery. 

Please contact us and the courier as soon as possible, any delays will make it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY as they arrived.

Refunds
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. - All sales of perishable items on Highland Ranch are FINAL SALE for health safety reasons. - All sales of soap bars, balms, tinctures, oils and capsules and FINAL. - All other products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in their original condition and packaging. - Unopened and unused items returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee deducted from the credit.
Processing refunds & returns
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. While refunds are immediate on our end, it may take your bank up to 10 business days to return the funds to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days please get in touch with our team. If you have any questions regarding returns, please get in touch with us.
Exchanges
Non-perishable items or items that arrived damaged or spoiled can be exchanged. To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with our team and we will help you right away.
Damages, Spoiled or Missing Items
If there are any quality-related issues with any part of your order, if your package arrived damaged, tampered with, or is missing one or more items please contact us immediately. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim, please: Keep the packaging and items as you received them Take pictures and/or videos as we will require them to facilitate the claim with our shipping partners Returns or exchange requests for fully or partially consumed goods will be automatically rejected.
Return Shipping
Highland Ranch will supply you with a return shipping label. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for returns and exchanges.
Cancelling your order
To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team by email or live chat before the shipping cutoff time. Orders that have already been picked, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
