Access to customer order details is strictly limited to authorized team members, while only the general manager may access personal customer information. All payment details — including credit card numbers, expiration dates, security codes, and PayPal information — are securely processed and stored exclusively by our certified payment providers using bank-grade security protocols.
At no time does any Highland Ranch team member have access to your payment information.
2. Pricing
2.1 Price Changes
All prices displayed on our website, promotional emails, or marketing materials are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
2.2 Currency
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). If you purchase using another currency, your financial institution will apply its own conversion rate at the time of purchase.
Refunds for foreign-currency transactions will be processed in CAD and converted by your financial institution using their exchange rate at the time of the refund.
2.3 Sales Tax
Non-transformed food products are not subject to Canadian sales tax. Federal and provincial taxes apply to transformed food items and accessories.
2.4 Special Offers
By providing your email address, you agree to receive promotional communications from Highland Ranch, including product updates, sales, and discount offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.
2.5 Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order we consider fraudulent, suspicious, incomplete, or erroneous without prior notice.
2.6 Coupon Codes
Only one (1) coupon code may be applied per order. Multiple codes cannot be combined.
Pre-applied site-wide discounts are not considered coupon codes.
3. Shipping
Perishable products ship Monday through Wednesday only to ensure freshness. We do not ship on Thursdays or Fridays.
Customers are responsible for being available to receive perishable deliveries. Highland Ranch is not responsible for losses caused by missed or refused deliveries.
3.1 Receiving Your Order
By placing an order, you agree to be available during the estimated delivery timeframe. We are not responsible for spoiled products due to delivery refusal or absence.
3.2 Free Shipping over $150.00 in canada
Orders ship within 48h and typically arrive the next business day. Rural deliveries may take up to three business days.
Weekend orders ship on Monday or next business day.
3.3 Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
3.4 Holidays
Shipping partners do not operate on holidays. Orders scheduled for holiday delivery will arrive on the next business day.
3.5 International Shipping
Highland Ranch currently ships only within Canada and the United States. International orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
3.6 Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.
3.7 Unclaimed Deliveries
If a package is held for pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it within the carrier’s hold period. Unclaimed orders are considered refused and are not refundable.
3.8 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, strikes, or extraordinary events.
3.9 Signature Requirement
Orders over $100 require a delivery signature. If you waive this with the carrier, Highland Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
3.10 Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.
4. Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy.
Perishable food items are final sale for health and safety reasons.
Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days in original condition. A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items.
5. Natural Products
All Highland Ranch products are natural and may vary in colour, size, and texture. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or authenticity.
Returns will not be accepted for natural variations that fall within the product description range.
We guarantee the authenticity of all natural products.
