The Highland Ranch hot sauces are made from fresh peppers grown from seed, with love and care by our family, on our homestead ranch. Peppers are harvested at their prime to be fermented in house to produce this decadent and smooth hot sauce.

The Highland Homestead Ranch transforms all its crops on location at the homestead through various processes. Through this workshop you will learn different methods to conserve fresh produce from your garden throughout the winter and into the following growing season.
