Labrador Tea is a northern evergreen shrub consumed mainly as tea. Labrador tea has medicinal properties used for relaxation, sore throat, chest congestions, coughs, lung infections, diarrhea, and rheumatism. Labrador tea has culinary uses as well, mainly to flavor stews, and meats.
Dosage: Only a few leaves (4-6) should be consumed at any one time.
Notes: Pregnant and breastfeeding women should avoid consumption of Labrador tea.

Topically, chamomile can help treat acne, repair sensitive skin and reduce skin dehydration.

Peppermint is a very fragrant plant with strong mint flavour and smell. It is hybrid of water mint and spearmint. Peppermint is know to have many health benefits and is mostly use to help manage digestive problems and irritable bowel syndromes such as pain, bloating, diarrhea and gas. Peppermint tea helps also attenuate headaches and nausea.

The Thyme to Heal herbal tea is a home blend and family recipe that we’ve been using for years. It is a simple blend of peppermint and thyme (twigs and leaves) that we grow in our gardens. To be effective, we recommend steeping for 10 minutes before drinking. These two products together help clear your respiratory track of phlegm, combat coughs caused by colds, bronchitis, sore throats and even helps alleviate asthma symptoms.
