Citrus fruits are a major composition of many products we produce and an important contributor of vitamin C in our diets. Even though we do not grow any citrus fruits at the Highland Ranch, or at least not yet, we decided to offer to the public a classic we use on a regular basis, dehydrated citrus fruit slices. They are great to be used in a wide range of applications; sparkling water, drinks, cakes, in cooking and so much more.

Chamomile has huge health benefits when consumed as a tea and even topically. Chamomile is very well known to help people with sleeping problems or simple to relax, but it doesn’t stop there. Chamomile has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, sedative and anti-anxiety properties and can help with menstrual symptoms and inflammation problems. Topically, chamomile can help treat acne, repair sensitive skin and reduce skin dehydration.

Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis) is a perennial herb from the mint family which has a lemony flvor and sent. It’s origins come from the Mediterranean region but is now grown across the globe. Lemon balm is used both culinarily and medicinally, particularly for its calming and soothing properties.

The Good Night Tea is a home blend and family recipe that we’ve been using for years. It is a simple blend of peppermint and thyme (twigs and leaves) that we grow in our gardens. To be effective, we recommend steeping for 10 minutes before drinking. This blend of calming and soothing teas will help you wind down and relax. Our Good Night tea will help you fall asleep!

The Highland Ranch hot sauces are made from fresh peppers grown from seed, with love and care by our family, on our homestead ranch. Peppers are harvested at their prime to be fermented in house to produce this decadent and smooth hot sauce.
