Even though we do not grow any citrus fruits at the Highland Ranch, or at least not yet, we decided to offer to the public a classic we use on a regular basis, dehydrated citrus fruit slices. They are great to be used in a wide range of applications; sparkling water, drinks, cakes, in cooking and so much more.

DermaCare Balm
$26.00The Calendula Officinalis and echinacea flowers have antiseptic properties. It is widely used to heal, treat and cleanse topical skin problems, such as burns, bruises, cuts, insect bites, and eczema. Calendula and echinacea are also used to combat fungal infections such as candida and yeast infections. The Highland Ranch DermaCare balm helps activate tissue regeneration and promotes epithelial tissue development.
Format: 50g – 1.7oz
Ingredients: Calendula and echinacea flowers from our gardens, organic olive oil, natural bees wax and citronella essential oil.
Notes: Do not use if you are allergic to herbs of the Asteraceae family. Hypersensitivity may occur, in which case, stop use.

$25.00The Highland Ranch ECHINACEA capsules are proven to combat flu symptoms, boost your immune systems and even prevent getting the flu if taken on a regular basis at the first sign of flu symptoms. We grow echinacea in the natural and organic Highland Gardens from seed to harvest for the best flowers and roots to produce these capsules.

Echinacea Tincture
$25.00Echinacea is an herbal remedy known to combat the common cold and flu when taken at the sign of first symptoms or taken preventatively at the beginning of the flu season. It is also used to treat pain, inflammation, infections and migraines.
Format: 50ml / 1.7 fl OZ
Ingredients: Echinacea from our gardens, 40% organic alcohol.
Dosage: 2ml, 3 times per day.
Notes: Avoid all prescription drugs including oral contraceptives if consumed orally. Not recommended to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a physician if your symptoms persists or do not improve. This product will stain, use carefully, it is a natural coloring agent. Shake well as some turmeric residues may accumulate at the bottom of the bottle.
Flu Buster Tincture

We use ginger and garlic from our gardens to produce this tincture. As of fall 2024 we will be using lemons grown in our greenhouse.

Ingredients: Ginger and garlic from our gardens, lemon, 40% organic alcohol.
Dosage: 1ml, 3times per day. Ideally to be diluted in sparkling water, makes a great “ginger ale” substitute, minus the sugar.
