All fresh orders ship with Express Shipping, non perishable products ship ground.
Orders are typically delivered within 24 hours on the east coast (excluding holidays) and may take up to 72 hours on the west coast. All orders ship within 48h, weekend orders ship on Monday or next business day. We do not ship on National holidays or Quebec Provincial Holidays
Shipping Cost
Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 in Canada.
$25.00 flat-rate shipping fee on orders $149.00 and below in Canada and the United States. All orders ship from the Highland Ranch in Quebec.
Order Packaging
All fresh orders are packed in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs.
All non-perishable orders are packed with safety to avoid breakage in transit.
Shipping Exclusions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not ship outside of Canada and the contiguous United States.
Shipping Delays
Your order may take longer than normal to arrive for one or more of the following reasons, national and provincial holidays, extreme weather conditions, remote addresses 2+ hours outside of major cities, and all Canadian Territories and missing or incomplete order information, shipping information, or billing information.

You will automatically receive your tracking information by email as soon as the shipping label is printed – check your spam folder!
Tracking numbers update at the end of the day of when they were printed.
If your tracking number has not been updated after 24 hours, please get in touch with us by email. Orders that have already been picked, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
